What is the Wellbeing Hub?
The Wellbeing Hub is a website aiming to promote better wellbeing and wellness. Our aim is to help you by providing the best resources and information you need to improve your wellbeing and wellness. A central hub for all the key resources that you may need on your journey to wellbeing and wellness.
What does wellbeing and wellness mean?
Wellbeing is the state of being comfortable, healthy, or happy (Oxford English Dictionary).
Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life (The World Health Organisation).
I would like more information on some of the topics, where can I get it?
You will notice that each topic has its very own resource list where you can find all the necessary links where you can access the information you need. We have done the hard work for you and searched the web to find you the very best resources.
How does the hub decide that these are the topics people want information on?
An extensive survey was carried out with learners to find out what people wanted more information on. We collected the results and identified the top topics that participants wanted.

How can I find information on something that isn’t on your list of topics?
